Shipping, returns + contact
Handmade collage originals and prints, sold direct from my studio in Philadelphia, PA.
Shipping
- Originals
- Packed and shipped from the studio in Philadelphia within 2 to 3 business days. Free shipping, within the United States only.
- Prints
- Made to order by my print lab, then printed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days. Free shipping in the US, and a flat $10 per order anywhere else.
- Delivery times
- Once shipped, US orders usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days. International orders usually take 1 to 3 weeks, and import duties or taxes may apply in your country.
- Tracking
- You get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. An order with both an original and prints ships in two packages, each with its own tracking.
- Collage kits
- Digital downloads: your link appears right after checkout and also comes by email. Nothing ships.
Returns + refunds
- All sales are final
- I don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind. Originals are one of a kind and paper collage is fragile, prints are made to order just for you, and collage kits are digital downloads.
- Damaged, misprinted or lost? I'll make it right.
- Email davesocozy@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery (or of the expected delivery date, if it never arrived) with your order number and photos of the problem and the packaging. You don't need to send anything back.
- What happens next
- I reply within 2 business days. A damaged or misprinted print gets a free reprint or a full refund, your choice. An original can't be replaced, so a damaged original gets a full refund. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
- Cancellations
- Orders go into production right away, so they can't be changed or cancelled once placed. If something's wrong, like the shipping address, email me as soon as you can and I'll do what I can.
